Providers have the option to support LifeGR, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, by adding a $9.11/month tax-deductible sponsorship.
This unlocks a LifeGR Supporter Badge and a custom referral page, but is not required.

839-TEXT-VET sells flat-rate advertising and directory access. No compensation is ever tied to mortgage closings or real estate transactions.
Mortgage services offered by Jesse Johnson-Brower are completely separate from the listing platform.
This ensures full compliance with RESPA Section 8 and the SAFE Act.
